Lucy and Jess are rival martial artists from different schools. When an open tournament is hosted at Sifu Phillips kung fu studio, the two of them get into a pre-tournament brawl that turns from a test of technique to contest of dirty tricks! Toe-stomps, groin kicks and tickled toes test both fighters resolve as each tries to cheat her way into getting her rival to submit!
However, before a victor is decided, Sifu Phillips catches Lucy and Jess as Jess is trying to foot-tickle Lucy into submission! Now, the two must face disciplinary action in the stocks. Since the two of them seem to enjoy tickling so much, Sifu Phillips does some intense "foot conditioning" with them ... using fingernails, feathers, oil, the hairbrush and claw massager!
