Lucy and Jess are rival martial artists from different schools. When an open tournament is hosted at Sifu Phillips kung fu studio, the two of them get into a pre-tournament brawl that turns from a test of technique to contest of dirty tricks! Toe-stomps, groin kicks and tickled toes test both fighters resolve as each tries to cheat her way into getting her rival to submit!

However, before a victor is decided, Sifu Phillips catches Lucy and Jess as Jess is trying to foot-tickle Lucy into submission! Now, the two must face disciplinary action in the stocks.
