Fashion designer Katrina Pedois (Lydia) has created a new, ultra-chic line of stockings, called the Diamond Weave. However, before the big debut of the sexy new nylons, beautiful industrial spy, Artemis Thorne (Kitt Fox), shows up to steal Katrina's designs for them! She makes light work of Katrina in an all-too-brief fight and hogties her on her own desk. When Katrina still won't tell Artemis where to find her designs, the crafty spy removes the chic designer's expensive shoes and tickles her twitching, squirming, nyloned feet! Katrina howls and begs for mercy, but still won't give up the goods! After a long bout of nylon tickling cruelty, Artemis removes one of Katrina's stockings and tickles her hypersensitive bare foot with a long, stiff feather. Katrina goes berserk! Will the Diamond Weave stockings fall into the hands of Katrina's competitors ... or worse yet, the government?
