Sexy, evil spy, Hera "Heavy Legs Hardcastle (played by Scorpion) has stolen a briefcase, containing a list of all the WTFTF's undercover agents and their cover identities! Agent F is dispatched to retrieve the case, but there's a problem. Hera studies a martial art that enables her to make her legs nearly impossible for anyone other than her to move!
Agent F decides to retrieve the briefcase, while she's napping ... literally! However, Hera has tucked it safely away, with her immovable legs and big, size 9 feet resting on top of it! Unable to pull the case out from under her legs, himself, Agent F must use a more subtle tactic. Fortunately, intel says that Hera isn't easily awakened, so our hero tickles her feet with feathers and a soft brush, in effort to make her move her own feet!
