Ten years ago, Agent Fixx was on a mission to uncover a conspiracy to take out his team. He had captured rival and sometimes informant, Angel, for questioning. He made one mistake, however ... he forgot to restrain her legs!
One swift kick in the nuts and some escape artistry had her running for freedom, til she tripped a booby trap Fixx had set earlier. Soon, Angel is re-captured, bound with her ankles locked into the stocks! Now, Fixx has to interrogate her as well as find a way to get some revenge on Angel's feet, and tickling seems to be the perfect method for both!
