Amiee is less than a journalist ... she's a propagandist. A sensationalistic reporter who lives for twisting the story to make it more "interesting". Even now, after a long day of lying to the public via the media, she plots new ways to her trade, but little does she know she's being watched!
As she retires for the evening, with her socked feet sticking out from under the covers, the Mad Tickler watches and waits! He teases and tickles her socked feet as she talks on the phone, causing her to think that her socks have become itchy, making her discard them. When she hangs up the phone and calls it a night, he goes after her big, bare feet!
