RANDY MOORE RETURNS! DC COMICS/IDW PUBLISHING PARODY! Ticklante is found perched and motionless in an abandoned building by the Hammer Syndicate. Capt. Randy Moore heads a mission to awaken the seemingly catatonic hero and use him for their own evil ends! She's hired Lady Shiva as her personal enforcer, in expectation of interference from enemy organizations.
That interference comes in the way of Black Canary, who has an ancient tome, said to contain an incantation that can revive Ticklante. As she reads it, Capt. Moore interrupts her and a fight breaks out. Our heroine manages to subdue Capt. Moore by tickling her big, size 9.5 feet, but is ambushed and taken down by Lady Shiva!
Soon, Capt. Moore unleashes her tickle revenge on Black Canary's helpless, nylon-clad feet! Worse yet, the heroine is unable to use her Canary Cry while she's laughing ... and with Capt.
