Legends of the Dark Plume! Daphne & Velma's Howlin' Halloween! Pt 2: The Ticklante Cometh!
Evil tickle witch, Slyyy's summoning spell has finally worked! The Ticklante comes forth from the flames, much to the awe of Daphne and Velma ... but it turns out he has no intention of breaking Slyyy's curse! He breaks the news to her that he isn't even a demon. He does, however, indulge in tickling Daphne and Velma's helpless feet, til he realizes that he recognizes them! He agrees to stop, if they'll give him their autographs, much to Slyyy's chagrin!
Afterward, Ticklante whisks the three of them away to his lair, where Daphne and Velma exact some tickle revenge from Slyyy! But, that's only the beginning. Ticklante decides to take it out on Slyyy's big, size 9.5, bare feet as well, for interrupting his evening, with her summoning ceremony!
