The city of Stilettoville is caught in the grip of a new crime wave. Masked women dressed in black (or sometimes white) suits have been hitting the lavish homes of the city's rich, famous and powerful women!
Female celebrities, athletes and even the mayor herself have been rustled out of their beds by these tootsie-terrorizing thieves, who mercilessly tickle their helpless bare feet to gain access to safe codes, PIN numbers and all types of sensitive information!
The police have been baffled so far, but assure the citizens of Stilettoville that these brazen, foot-tickling burglars will be brought to justice. Stay tuned!
