Detective Joe Jutsu has prevented the city's gangs from being united under Mary Malone, but not everyone is happy about it. Looker's gang enforcer, Sexy Slyy is less than pleased and makes a phone call, to one of her colleagues, swearing that Joe will pay dearly!
