DC COMICS PARODY: Harley Quinn has taken over Gotham City Paws & Claws, a nail salon in a Gotham penthouse! The owner, Lucy Purr, comes back from vacation to find the store open and Harley introducing herself as her new partner!
The salon services Gotham's most notable superheroines and rogues. Harley has upset the delicate balance by kicking out one of the city's most influential crime divas! Furious, Lucy stomps on Harley's toes and starts a fight with her! Unfortunately, Lucy has picked the wrong fight. She has Harley on the ropes for a bit and even comes close to tickling her into submission, but in the end the salon owner ends up strapped and stocked in her own salon chair!
Harley has had a legal document drawn up which would legitimize her and Lucy both being partial owners in the salon. Lucy won't sign it, so Harley tickles her helpless bare feet! Lucy howls and cackles with laughter as fingernails, feathers and other tickle tools break her will and keep her tender tootsies flailing and squirming!
